Well, this week started off the first day at my local store where they were doing a month long run on Epic. For the BFG player this is probably a good game to consider as a spin off because it seems you can use ships as orbital suport for Epic.
Unfortunatly you can't make that your own forcefrom just ships(dang) but it does mean that it would take less models to build up a fair sized force in it.
While it's going to be sometime before I consider investing in anything GW I think I might consider this one. Anyone else ever consider going into Epic?

I did consider it a few years back, but money and time is something I dont have especially with 40k and BFG running as well. I played it about 7 years ago, but I'm assuming that a lot has happened since then.

Yes, they put out a new version of the game title 'Armageddon' though it is still called Epic by just about everyone.

Epic looks promising, unfortuently there is no-one around to play with, Seems like Sydney people only like 40k (dumb kids) so Epic and BFG have no players that I have found

Shame. I never really play ANY of the games anymore, though I'm looking at a Fantasy battle sometime in the next couple of months.

I love the thought of epic, although when it had squats that would have been awesome. 50'000 men to each block.
